Tuan Sheikh Mazlan Sheikh Hassan

Tuan Sheikh Mazlan Sheikh Hassan, holds a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Bradford, United Kingdom. Upon obtaining his degree in 1984 he started his career with ESSO Malaysia Berhad until the year 1995 holding various senior position in Refinery Operations and Marketing Department. Thereafter he held senior management positions with Ondeo Group, one of the largest water services company in the world including a 9 months working assignment in France.
Over his 25 years of working experiences, he has been exposed to extensive management experience covering setting up of Company, business development and planning within water treatment plant operations, distribution system and non revenue water.
His vast experience and capabilities led him to be appointed as Managing Director of Jalur Cahaya Sdn Bhd (JCSB). His duties at JCSB included managing the Phase 2 and Phase 3 works of the SYABAS NRW Control and Reduction Program of which the contract is the largest NRW work currently undertaken in Malaysia with the establishment and management of more than 1000 DMZ with over 12,000 km of pipelines in Selangor.
Haji Ruzlan Haji Rahmat

Haji Ruzlan Haji Rahmat was born in 1960 at Batu Pahat, Johor. He started his carrier in 1985 as Civil Engineer in various construction companies such as Kumpulan Damai Abadi Sdn Bhd, Fiba Construction, Damar Bina Sdn Bhd once he graduated with B.Sc (Building) from Herriot Watt University, Edinburgh. Through his tenor from 1985 to 1990 he has been entrusted to supervise projects worth more than RM200 million.
In 1990, he left construction industry and began his carrier as industrialist by joining Polyolefins Pipes Sdn Bhd, as Sales Executive. Within 18 years of his tenor, he has been promoted to various post which cover sales, marketing, production and earn recognition in Senior Management position. He has gain knowledge through a technology transfer from previous company which originate from foreign company and pioneers in manufacturing of HDPE and MDPE pipes in Malaysia. He also have been given opportunity to work as team member in World Bank Project, ADB Projects and various GLC Infrastructure Project. His last post was General Manager before he left Polyolefins Pipes Bhd in 2008.
En. Aidil Tan Sri Abdul Aziz

En. Aidil Tan Sri Abdul Aziz holds a Bachelor (Hons) Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Tenaga Nasional and a Master in Business Administration from University of Ballarat, Australia.
He began his career as an Assistant Mechanical Engineer with TRIplc Berhad (formerly known as U-Wood Holdings Berhad), attached to the UiTM Puncak Alam Project. He gains vast experience in project management and various construction trades.
He was appointed to the Board of Jalur Cahaya Sdn Bhd on 16th January 2006. He holds the Executive Director position to oversee the Support Services Division consisting of the Human Resources & Administration Department (HRAD), Finance & Account Department (FAD), Contract & Procurement Department (CPD) and Information & Communication Technologies Department (ICTD).
